Schell Brothers LLC is a general contractor focusing on both residential and light commercial projects. We build a variety of single family homes, town homes, villa-style housing and two- and three- bedroom condos along with office buildings, community centers and retail shops within our communities. We work closely with developers, planners and state officials to provide quality housing for the fast growing population in and around the southern Delaware beach area.
